Macromedia Flash

Students must use a computer with a web browser with the Macromedia Flash player installed (Version 6 or later versions). Recent research by Macromedia claims that 96.4% of web users have Flash plugin installed. If you can see the free demo courses on our site, you already have the Flash player. If after clicking on the links to Ossidian demos you get only a blank blue screen (even after waiting a few seconds), you need to download the plug-in from www.macromedia.com (Flash 6).

  Browser Settings
To ensure the security of students' details, we have installed a firewall and a security server. If you experience any difficulties accessing the Ossidian eLearning Center, try checking some of the security settings in your web browser. Also, check JavaScript and Java are enabled. If that fails, try another PC/Mac via a direct dial up Internet connection to see if the problem relates to your corporate network.


  Audio
Audio is available for most courses are as an option at login. To hear the audio, students need speakers or headphones and a sound card in their computer.
  Refesh your browser
If all else fails, try logging in again or pressing the Refresh/Reload button on your browser.
