privacy practices are designed to provide protection
for your personal information. In general, you can
visit the Ossidian site without telling us who you

than any necessary information passed to approved agents
or distributor channels of Ossidian in order to satisfy
your requests for service. Credit card data are not
retained by Ossidian on completion of a purchase transaction.

about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and
combine it with other non-identifiable information. This
information is used to improve our services and is analyzed

users of Ossidian's eLearning Center are assigned a User
ID and Password. We track details of every eLearning session
including the individual User ID, session date and time,
host name (where available), IP address (where available)
and eLEarning module accessed. Additionally you may elect
to or be required to take on-line tests on the eLearning
Center. Test results may be stored on our databases. None
of this information is disclosed to third parties. Please
be aware that, where your employer is the contracting
party, this information may be provided to a designated
person as required by agreement with your employer.
