- help you think about your own raised anxiety levels
- measure such anxiety levels over time, and
- learn about causes of raised anxiety
Module 1 is "Check". It is a set of 10 questions that you can use regularly, and before you use the other modules to measure your anxiety. You should aim to reach a score of 10 on this in your journey towards conquering anxiety.
Module 2 is "Learn". These topics will teach you about the causes of your anxiety. You will get a random set of 10 questions every time you try this and so there is a lot to learn. Use it every day for two weeks and when you are consistently scoring a 10 for about 5 days in a row you are ready to move on to Module 3.
Module 3 is "Act". Before you start completing the tasks in module 3 you need to do the following:
- Draw up a list of situations that you find cause you anxiety
- Put that list in order with the hardest at top, and easiest at bottom
- As you complete the tasks, cross them off your list. If you do this often enough, and return frequently to modules 2 and 3, you should improve control over anxieties and improve your life-quality
